Geocache: At the ruins after sunset

There is a place you grew up, and there are places there which you do not visit or at least not regularly. But what can be a better reason to stop at some of these places then a geocache? Now this ruin in Pécs is one of those places.

The container with the view

It was dark after a nice latte downtown with friends and coconut. As the hint was saying it is magnetic when we got to the place almost the whole team started searching at the most trivial place the fence which was steel.

A better view with the container
Of course it was not there, why would it be? As you can see the area was covered with some snow, just like the inside of the ruins.

A nice view from the ruins
It was so cold that by the time I found the geocache my hands were almost frozen, so signing the logbook was a small challenge. The view was so nice and thanks to the cold no muggles anywhere, geocaching in cold and snow also has its benefits.

The walls of the ruins
Unfortunately I did not have my camera with me so all the above pictures are taken with my phone and shaking hands, so do not zoom too close to them. :)

Many thanks for the cache owner for hiding and maintaining this geocache, there are so many more places in town which could use a geocache...
